I'm one of many survivors. My life has been touched by mental illness. I often express that this means I'm just like everybody else. Everyone has someone in their life with a brain disorder - a parent, a child, a spouse, a co-worker. I hope that my experiences living with my own mild mood disorder and the brain disorders of my son, father and uncle will help you to cope with the struggles that you face.
So I've written about the evils of perfectionism (something I sadly know a LOT about;) but I saw this and thought of you and hope that it helps you identify (and choke) YOUR Little Hater...

How true. I have to do some self-introspection to know what my haters say, and well...I don't want to... that's work! If I want to do something creative, I'll do it :) (no procrastation).
